Chicago, Singapore and Hong Kong: ALCORSearchPath, a US-based talent acquisition professional services firm, announced a series of initiatives to introduce the offering to the India and Southeast Asia markets. They have an aggressive goal to identify and launch up to 250 new units throughout the region by 2017 to tap into the $300 billion HR market opportunity through a globally trained HR Franchise network. This is also an outstanding opportunity for all recruiters who want to operate their own business, create great personal wealth through some of the world’s disruptive HR Technology platforms for clients across the world.

For many years, the backbone of the recruiting and search industry has flourished throughout India and South Asia on several fronts including support to American market through RPO models. Many international recruiting organizations heavily leveraged the professional talent in India to support their recruiting projects, but always forcing them to remain in the background.
