New Delhi: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 Online Examination will be held on February 03- 04 & February 10- 11, 2018 (Saturdays & Sundays). The candidates who register for the exam will be able to download Admit Card from 05 January 2018.
Admit Card can only be downloaded from the GOAPS website from 5 January 2018. Admit Cards will not be sent by post or as e-mail attachment.
GATE admit card will be issued to candidates who will complete all the stages of application procedure within the given time period. GATE admit card 2018 will comprise important details such as exam centre name and address, exam date and time, personal details of candidates among others.
The applicants need to bring the printout copy of GATE 2018 admit card to the test centre along with the original identification card that has been entered in the application form. Candidates must bring a print-out of the downloaded Admit Card to the Examination for the verification along with the original and valid photo Identity Document (NO photocopy/scanned copy/NOT an expired document), which was specified during the filling up of the online application. For Indian candidates, only following identification cards will be accepted: Passport, PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar-UID, College ID, Employee ID and Driving License. For International candidates, only a valid Passport/Government issued ID/College ID/Employee ID will be accepted as the recognized identification.
On the basis of the Admit Card number, the candidates will be able apply Graduate Engineer posts of PSUs who have notified their recruitment scheme through GATE 2018 score.
