Pune: For the second consecutive year, global sales and marketing firm, ZS has earned the coveted certification as a great place to work from the Great Place to Work® Institute, an authority on workplace cultures since the 1980s.
“We’ve always taken great pride in our people and culture,” said Sanjay Joshi, ZS’s Regional Managing Principal for Asia. “To us, this recognition reaffirms that ZS is a collaborative and inclusive firm where smart, talented people challenge each other to grow, develop and ultimately deliver outstanding results for our clients.”
Surveys were sent to a random selection of employees at ZS’s Capability and Expertise Center in New Delhi and Pune to gather their input and feedback. The feedback score from the survey, coupled with the evaluation of the company’s people practices and policies, are amongst the criteria used to determine whether an organization is designated as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
ZS saw favourable results in key categories, including 93 percent of respondents expressing that ZS offers a friendly work environment, 91 percent confirming that they are entrusted with ample responsibility and 91 percent acknowledging that ZS is a place in which people are willing to put in the time and effort to achieve results. Further, ZS ranked highly in the area of inclusiveness, with more than 90 percent of respondents indicating they feel they are treated fairly regardless of age, sex, race or caste.
“Through our people practices, we strive to foster an inclusive culture that’s highly collaborative, non-hierarchical and driven by values,” said Sameer Madan, ZS’s Human Resources Director for India. “This acknowledgement confirms we’ve made strides in creating an environment where, in addition to having fun at work, ZSers feel they are valued for being their authentic selves and can thrive in long-term careers.”
As the firm continues to grow its presence in India, ZS is hiring in its business consulting, business operations, business technology and software development spaces in New Delhi and Pune.
