Mumbai: Bank of Baroda, a leading PSU Banks in India, has ambitious strategy to launch Wealth Management Services to HNI/UHNIs. Hence,  the bank is looking for Wealth Management professionals with proven skills and requisite experience in wealth management.

Bank of Baroda has released recruitment notification to appoint 362 offices on contract basis for its Wealth Management services segment. The various category of posts are as followed: Group Head-04 posts; Operations Head-01; Territory Head-25; Senior Relationship Manager -223 ; Acquisition Manager (Affluent) – 41;  Client Service Executive -43 posts.

The selected candidate will be required to sign an employment contract. Depending upon the Bank’s requirement the above vacancies may be available at one or more of the following centres: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Kanpur, Jaipur, Baroda, Surat and Lucknow.

Key Dates & Application Fees: The online registration of application starts from 22 November 2017. The closing date for submission of application is 12 December 2017.  Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is Rs 600/-for General and OBC candidates; Rs 100/- (Intimation charges only) for SC/ ST/PWD candidates.

 Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.

Minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience in financial services,
Investment advisory and Private banking out of which minimum 8
Years of experience in Wealth Management.
Should have managed large Management Team.
Excellent Knowledge of Equity Products, PMS, Mutual Funds and
Advisory
Should have Exposure to CRM
Proven track record of High Performance and Leadership
Should have relevant work experience at national level with large
Wealth Management organisations
Should have managed a large team of relationship managers & Team
Leads at national level at least for 5 years.
Operations

2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent from reputed
Colleges
Minimum 10 Years of experience in financial services, investment advisory and private banking out of which minimum 8 years of experience in setting up and Managing Mid Office, Back Office and
Branch Operations of Wealth Management set up.
Exposure on CRM platform for Wealth Management is preferred.
Experience in handling trade and data for transactions across asset
classes like equity, bonds, mutual funds and alternates.
Should have managed a large operations team in Wealth Management business.
Territory

Graduate from Govt

Institution, preferably 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent,from reputed Colleges.
