Hyderabad: CR Rao Advanced Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science, Hyderabad (AIMSCS) has invited in the prescribed format for positions of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Research Associates and Junior & Senior Research Fellows in the projects to be funded by Government of India.

Eligibility Conditions:
Professor:
Qualification: PhD in Computer Science/Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/Statistics.
Experience: Minimum of 10 Years Teaching / Research/Professional Experience of which 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in Research Organization/Industry should have publication in reputed Journals / Conferences.
Desirable: Experience in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, Quantum Cryptography, Cyber Security, HPC and Parallel Computing.
Associate Professor:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/Statistics
Experience : Minimum of 6 Years Teaching / Research/Professional Experience of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in Research Organization/Industry should have publication in reputed Journals / Conferences
Desirable: Experience in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, Quantum Cryptography, Cyber Security, HPC and Parallel Computing, Artificial Intelligence
Assistant Professor:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/Statistics/ Electronics&Communication Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 3 years Teaching/Research/Professional Experience excluding Experience gained during Ph.D. Should have publications in reputed Journals/Conferences
Desirable: Experience in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, Quantum Cryptography, Cyber Security, HPC and Parallel Computing, Artificial Intelligence.
Research Scientist:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics / Statistics/Electronics&Communication Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 2 years (Junior)/5 years (Middle) / 10 (Senior) experience in cryptography, Cryptanalysis, Cyber security theoretical & experimental investigations, problem solving abilities in algorithms, software development, modelling and simulation. Should have Publications in reputed Journals/Conferences.
Desirable : Experience in HPC/ Parallel Computing/Simulation/Quantum Cryptography, HPC and Parallel Computing, Artificial Intelligence
Research Associates:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or M.Tech/ME/MS in Computer Science/Electronics&Communication Engineering and Minimum of 3 years Teaching /Research/Design & Development with One publication in SCI journal.
Desirable : Experience in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, Cyber Security, Quantum Cryptography, Artificial Intelligence
Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
Qualification: Qualification prescribed for JRF
Experience: Minimum of 2 years Research experience as JRF is essential
Desirable: Experience in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, Cyber Security, Quantum Cryptography, Artificial Intelligence
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Science/ Physics with NET qualification or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication Engineering with valid GATE or NET qualification or M.Tech/ME/MS in Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Project Assistant:
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science& Engineering /Information Technology (or) Post Graduate degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Cyber Security/ Electronics and Communication Engineering.
The salary and emoluments will be as per qualifications and experience, and will not be less than 6th pay commission norms. However higher pay may be considered for deserving cases.
Appointment of Faculty/Research Scientist, Fellowships of JRF/SRF/RA and Project Assistants are initially for two years and to be extendable for 3 more years on the evaluation of performance of the candidates.
