Hyderabad: Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a leading Public Sector Company, is recruiting Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) through GATE 2018. The total number of posts are 84: Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) – 50 posts; Computer Science Engineer (CSE) – 20 posts ; and Mechanical – 14 posts.
Eligibility Conditions: First Class Engineering Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/STs) from AICTE approved Colleges / Recognized Indian Universities in the relevant discipline.
Upper Age Limit as on 31 December 2017: Upper Age is 25 Years. Age relaxation and Reservation policy is applicable as per Govt. Guidelines.
The recruitment notification mentioned that the candidates, who have completed his / her Post Graduation, need not apply. Suppression of this fact will disqualify the candidature.
Key Date & Application Fees: The on-line application process will be operational from 16 January 2018 (14:00 hrs.) to 15 February 2018 (16:00 hrs.). Candidates belonging to General/OBC category (including non-creamy layer) has to pay a nonrefundable application fee of Rs. 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only). Applicable Bank charges/Taxes, if any, has to be borne by the candidates. SC / ST / PWD/ Ex Serviceman and regular employees of ECIL are exempted from payment of Application fee.
Candidate shall possess a valid GATE-2018 registration number as mentioned in GATE-2018 Admit Card.
Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination OR in the Final Year of Graduation in the above mentioned disciplines.
Final Year/Semester students (expecting final and consolidated Mark sheet) are also eligible to apply provided they have obtained the requisite percentage as per the Notification in aggregate of all semesters/years upto pre-final examination.
