ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
FOR ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTURE/SCIENCE/HUMANITIES/LAW&PHARMACY COURSES
1. Assistant Professor:
First Class Under Graduate Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
A Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
Associate Professor:
a)First Class Under Graduate Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
b) First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
c) A Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
d) Total experience of eight years in teaching, research and/or industry at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding the period spent on obtaining the research degree.
Professor:
a)First Class Under Graduate Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
b) First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch or discipline
c) A Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
d) Total experience of Ten years in teaching, research and/or industry out of which at least five years at the level of Associate Professor, Reader or equivalent grade, excluding the period spent on obtaining the research degree.
