Berhampur, Odisha: Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Berhampur, a part of seven IISER Group of institutes under Ministry of HRD, has invited applications for faculty positions. These positions are available at the level of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor.
The applications received against the rolling advertisement up to the date of shortlisting shall be scrutinised and shortlisted by the designated committees, for conducting the recruitment process. The recruitment advertisement was released by the institute in October 2017. Hence, candidates should apply the positions as soon as possible for next round of selection process.

Eligibility Conditions:
Assistant Professor (on contract): PhD with a first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor: Eligibility criteria PhD with a first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout. . Minimum 3 years of post-doctoral experience from premier organizations.
Associate Professor: PhD with a first class at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 6 years of teaching/research experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/ Senior Scientific Officer/ Senior Design Engineer.
Professor: PhD with a first class at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
