Hyderabad: Quantega, a pioneer in Digital Transformation, IT Consulting, Outsourcing and Next-Generation Services, announces they will be conducting Quantega Pre-Employment Tests 2018-2019 for recruiting graduate freshers of all course backgrounds for 28,800 positions available in Quantega and its associated companies for various locations in India and outside.

Quantega Provides IT Solutions across many Domains and Quantega Campus Recruitment 2018-2019 of Graduate Freshers would be for various Project domains like Education, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, Robotics, Manufacture, Logistics, Travel and Transport, Data and Network, Social Applications, Energy Management, Aerospace, Agriculture, Banking & Finance, Healthcare Life Sciences.

The Quantega Recruitment Process is a systematically planned process with 3 phases. In the first phase all the candidates who have completed the registration process successfully will be going under Quantega Pre-Employment Cognitive Test (QPECT) held on 04 November 2018 (Tentative). Quntega’s cognitive ability test is designed to measure an Applicant’s cognitive function in a specific area, such as verbal reasoning, spatial awareness, Problem solving skill, critical thinking, mathematics, etc. We use this in the recruitment process to help predict a candidate’s future aptitude for the position.

In the second phase, candidates who qualify for the first round will go for General Intelligence & Group Discussion. Candidates will be evaluated based on their systematic exchange of information, views and opinions about a topic, problem, issue or situation among the members of a group. Topics will be given to Candidates after Result of QPECT to prepare. Those topic should be mostly based on latest developments in Business & Economy; Current Affairs; Social Issues; International events, Climate, technology, etc.

Personal Interview

This will be a formal discussion between the Quantega hirer and an applicant or candidate, typically in person, in which information will be exchanged, with the intention of establishing the applicant’s suitability for a position.

Online Application Guidelines

Eligible and Interested Candidates are required to Apply online by Registering and providing their Mobile number.  Mobile number is mandatory and should be unique. Enter a valid mobile number through which communication can be sent from Quantega. Applicants can not fill more than one application form with the same mobile number.

After Registration, candidates need to confirm the OTP they get by SMS from Quantega to confirm their Mobile Number

Applicants Need to Login and complete their Profile by Giving Accurate and correct Answers for each questions and by Doing Online Payment of 1200 INR from Net banking, Debit or Credit Card.

Candidates are advised to carefully read Terms, Process of Examinations and Interviews, eligibility criteria, online registration processes, payment of prescribed application fee/intimation charges, pattern of examination, issuance of call letter, etc. and ensure they fulfilled the stipulated criteria and follow the prescribed processes.
