Tezpur: Tezpur University, a Central University based in Assam, has released admission notification for PhD Admission Spring Session 2018. The PhD programmes are offered in the following subject groups: School of Engineering; School of Humanities and Social Sciences; School of Management Sciences; and School of Sciences. Key Dates & Application Fee: The online application window closed on 26 November 2017. The publication of shortlisted names is 01 December 2017 (Tentative). The date of personal interview is 15 December 2017. The application fee is Rs. 350/- for SC, ST and PWD candidates and Rs. 700/- for other categories of candidates.

Selection Procedure: Candidates qualified with the UGC/CSIR-JRF are eligible to apply for PhD programme for the Spring Semester 2018. Selection will be based on their performance in the personal interview scheduled to be held on 15 December 2017. The names of the candidates eligible for personal interview will be published in the University website.
