Chandigarh:  The Bhagavad Gita, the most sacred ancient text of Hindus, is a source of wisdom.  The wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita spells many leadership lessons that are similar to contemporary leadership theories and practices. Peter Senge, one of the most prominent management thinkers of our times, has quoted the Bhagavad Gita in his books “Fifth Discipline” and “Presence.”
