Global Brand: TCS wins two awards at The North American Employee Engagement Awards ceremony

NEW YORK | MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, won the North American Employee Engagement Awards as the ‘Employee Engagement Project of the Year’ and ‘Social Responsibility Project of the Year’.  TCS emerged winners in two categories out of 16 possible winners. The North American Employee Engagement Awards ceremony was held in Chicago, the USA, on June 22, 2016.

The company won the Employee Engagement Project of the Year  (for large public enterprise) following its innovative initiatives of promoting high impact employee engagement, senior management connections and employee development efforts. TCS won the Social Responsibility Project of the Year for its significant level of technology and employee volunteer investments, plus tangible results, particularly through its national computer science education advocacy and flagship community goIT program that teaches coding, robotics and design to middle and high school students in schools across 32 cities.
