Tiruchirappalli: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Tiruchirappalli  is organizing  the fourth edition of HR Conclave on 05 November 2016 with the theme “Rethinking HR”. Senior professionals from the industry and academic scholars will be sharing their experiences on the rapidly changing trends in the HR landscape at the IIM Tiruchirappalli-HR Conclave.

The IIM Tiruchirappalli-HR Conclave will have two panel discussions. The first panel discussion is titled “People Analytics – The Human Equation” and focuses on how data is used to make sound people decisions to enhance business competence. The discussion will also give a holistic idea about what People Analytics is and how it works. The other panel discussion is titled “Happiness Factor in Organizational Sustainability” and focuses on how the workforce happiness can impact the success equation of an organization.

The most exciting part of the HR Conclave 2016 is a first-hand experience on gamification, through a simulation game powered by Learnbiz Simulations. ‘Rethinking HR’ theme of IIM Tiruchirappalli HR Conclave 2016 aims to provide the platform for industry experts to share their views and knowledge of transformational HR practices.

The panel discussion on People Analytics – The Human Equation will focus on the following key questions:  Is the challenge of People analytics the same as that of other Analytics? What is the Blueprint of a High impact People Analytics team? How does People Analytics measure business impact?

The panel discussion on Happiness Factor in Organizational Sustainability will focus on the following key questions:  Happiness leads to success or success leads to happiness? Is a happy worker a productive worker? What leads to happiness at work? All these are trending issues in today’s workplace?
