New Delhi: The India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has already advertised for recruitment of 650 posts for Assistant Manager (Territory) JMGS – I.  The last date to apply for the position has been extended to 7 November 2016. Earlier last date of application was 25 October 2016. IPPB notified that there are 650 vacancies for Assistant Manager (Territory) posts.

For these posts, candidates must be a Graduate from a recognized university. Graduates (Including those with experience) are required for full-time positions of Assistant Manager (Territory) may apply for this position.

Eligibility:

Age: 20 (minimum) to 30 years (maximum). The candidate should be born not before 02.09.1986 and not later than 01.09.1996 (both dates inclusive). Maximum age indicated is for General category candidates. The SC, the ST, OBC, PWD and Ex-Servicemen applicants would be eligible for age relaxation as per the Government of India guidelines.

Education: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

The Online Examination will be held tentatively in December 2016/ January 2017. Selection will consist of the following steps: (i) Preliminary Examination (ii) Main Examination (iii) Interview. The final selection shall be made on the basis of interview.

The India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has been recently incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Department of Posts with 100% the Government of India equity. IPPB incorporated as a public limited company under the Department of Posts, Govt. of India on 17th August, 2016. IPPB is now on hiring spree as the payment bank will recruit 3,500 personnel across the country in the next few months.
