Mumbai: Linkedin is the world’s largest professional network with more than 450 million members. This powerful professional network has announced the linkedIn Power Profiles 2016 list for India that reflects the most viewed and influential Human Resources Professionals on LinkedIn in India for 2016.

The list features nine Senior human resources leaders in India: Prabir Jha, Global Chief People Officer, Cipla; Anuranjita Kumar, MD, Chief Human Resources Officer , Citi South Asia; Nathan SV, Human Resources Leader, Deloitte; Vikash Modi, President – Human Capital Management, YES BANK; Sanjay Jorapur, Chief Human Resources Officer, Hero MotoCorp; Srinivas Chunduru, Executive Director, Piramal Group; Harjeet Khanduja, Vice President Human Resources ,Reliance Jio; Yuvaraj Srivastava, Chief Human Resource Officer, MakeMyTrip.com; Srikanth Balachandran, Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Airtel.

Out of nine, Anuranjita Kumar is the only female HR leader finding a place in the list. In the above list two HR leaders belong to Banking and Finance, two working in telecom sector, one in internet, one in pharma, one in management consulting and research, one Automobiles and one in the diversified sector.

LinkedIn has used member data over 2015-2016 to arrive at the Power Profiles 2016 list. The company also applied filters to capture engagement levels and other actions on the platform. LinkedIn employees were excluded from the list.

In a separate list prepared by LinkedIn for Power Profiles of 2016 for CEO, Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi stood first in the list. Also Mr Narendra Modi leads the list of LinkedIn Power Profiles for 2016 and his profile is the most viewed LinkedIn profile in India across all categories.
