Bangalore: The training provider Master Trainers Inc (MTI) and Ace Trainers Inc are organizing MASTER TRAINER CERTIFICATE (MTC) programme in Bangalore (at the SAIACS CEO Center) on 9 – 11 September 2016. The 3-day workshop will train Trainers and others by up-scaling skills. Mr Stanley David of Master Trainers Inc will lead the training workshop.
Ace Trainers Inc , the MTI Bangalore franchisee holder, said that faculty employed in Training centres in the Public and Private sectors, Freelance Trainers, Teachers, Lecturers who wish to upskill themselves / Entrepreneurs, who wish to start a Training venture should participate in the programme. Mrs.Sujatha Akula of Ace Trainers informed that successful participants will be awarded a Certificate from CPD Standards, UK, a renowned accreditation body from the UK.
The 3-day workshop will then be followed by a workshop at Dehradun, and Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Further, MTI is planning to conduct this programme across 100 cities in India.
According to a National Skills Development Corporation study, India needs to meet the target of skilling 500 million youth in India by 2022. This validates the need for a large pool of Trainers in India to meet the target of training 500 million Indians across 30 sectors. With growing demand for Trainers, MTI plans to train 5,000 trainers in the next three years.
