New Delhi: Talentedge, India’s leading Ed-Tech firm, strengthens its collaboration with XLRI, one of India’s leading management schools based in Jamshedpur. As a part of its ongoing association with XLRI’s VIL school, Talentedge announced the launch of two programmes- ‘Executive Certificate Programme in Talent Management’ and ‘Executive Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management’. These programmes are intended to help working executives hone their skills and to help them understand and deal with the nuances of talent, leadership and change.

Executive Certificate Programme in Talent Management aims at imparting knowledge of Talent Management and Employee Relations. This programme is relevant to both HR Professionals and Line Managers who have people management responsibilities and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience. The duration of the course is 4 months and the course will commence on December 28th, 2016. The Principal Faculty for this programme will be Dr. M. Srimannarayana, a Gold medalist in M.A (IR & PM) from Andhra University, who has more than three decades of experience as a distinguished academician and consultant. His areas of interest are Staffing, Training needs assessment and Training evaluation and he has assisted various companies, government departments and state governments through consultancy projects and MDPs on HR policy, Training and HRD.

Executive Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management will offer insights into leadership and change management with an emphasis on learning knowledge, skills and values. The programme intends to be participative with a lot of reflections/assessments into one’s style of leadership and change management, thus providing opportunities to identify specific areas of improvement. The duration of the course will be 5 months and will commence from January 20th, 2017. Prof. Jitendra Singh and Prof. Rahul Sheel will facilitate this programme. Prof. Singh, a Ph.D. from Wharton, has had long and distinguished stints as academician at XLRI and as a Business Executive with Tata Steel, with a combined experience of more than four decades.

The objective is to help executives and professionals learn the nuances of leadership and talent management through meaningful interactions with some of the most experienced academicians and industry experts. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty of XLRI, using Talentedge’s Direct-to-Device technology, through ’live & interactive’ lectures that will be beamed online via internet to student’s desktops/laptops. The training will comprise lectures, interactive sessions and class exercises imparted by XLRI’s faculty in order to help participants gain the knowledge and understanding of important aspects of Management. Students can chat real time with the professors during the live class and also post all other programme-related queries offline, on the Cloud Campus.
