Hyderabad: Leveraging technology in the HR practices promotes employee productivity and brings positive changes in people culture in the business organization, said Dr. J. M. Sampath, Ph.D, Managing Director, Arpitha Associates Pvt Ltd. Dr. J. M. Sampath was in Hyderabad on 20 July 2016 to address  a lecture meet on “DiscoverSelf : People Analytics” organized by Hyderabad Management Association (HMA).

Dr J M Sampath said that HR tech transforms and develops abilities of employees, which boosts productivity and enhances individual contributions to the organization. The session also included a live case study, which helped in identifying training needs of employees and what is the best mode of imparting the training. Also, the lecture session highlighted what are the issues the employers and top leaders would focus and learn how to get the best out of his employees.

Dr. Sampath also a good HR analytics tool diagnoses, predicts and prescribes solutions at a click of button. He also stated that no single value is important while values are interdependent. One must understand the interdependence to get an idea on behavior, he added.  Mr. Sravan Kumar Madap, President of Hyderabad Management Association presided over the meet while Mr. Ravi Kumar Peesapati, Secretary, HMA gave the vote of thanks.
