Mumbai, India : GlobalGyan Academy of Management Education, an Edtech startup, has witnessed a 325% surge in the number of learners on its platforms amidst the lockdown. In April, GlobalGyan announced free access to its mobile learning management system to all businesses for a period of 3 months and offered seven free Masterclasses to all professionals. The company enabled 12,000 learners on its live and digital learning offerings during April to July, 2020, which was 4.25X of the corresponding numbers in the previous year. GlobalGyan also saw its paid users growing by 190% in the first four months of the year.

GlobalGyan works with leading corporates in capability development through live and self-paced learning programs. As a knowledge partner of CII’s Smart Manager certification programme and a platform partner of NASSCOM FutureSkills, GlobalGyan offers job-readiness and career-progression skilling programs to students and professionals.

Recognizing that the future of learning would be driven by virtual and digital programs, GlobalGyan reinforced its investments in content and technology platform. In the four months, GlobalGyan doubled its digital content portfolio and introduced several new features on its mobile learning apps.

GlobalGyan launched several new programs to help its clients and learners cope with the new environment. Dr. Ashok Korwar led with a program on Strategic Planning under Uncertainty. Gagandeep Singh designed a conversation around A Hero’s Journey, to help managers discover and nurture the hero within, even as the world shuts down. Usha Rangarajan highlighted the importance of Building Customer Trust during a Crisis. Srinivasa Addepalli developed a framework around the emerging Isolation Economy and how businesses and leaders can prepare for it. Together, they have built a learning journey on Becoming a Trusted Partner to Clients.
