The total number of seats are 180: M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) -150 Seats and M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) -30 Seats.

Minimum Requirements for MTech in CSE
The minimum qualification for admission to M.Tech in CSE is 65% in four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent) in any one one of the following branches.

Information Technology
Information Systems
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Final-year students expecting to graduate by August 2021 may also apply.
Selection Procedure: Admissions to the M.Tech. (CSE) programme is on the basis of performance in the GATE examination. GATE scores (valid as of June 1, 2021) in CS – Computer Science and IT will be considered for admission to M.Tech (CSE) programme.
There is no fixed cut-off of GATE scores for admissions. In 2020, M.Tech. (CSE) admission offers were made upto GATE score of 632. The GATE score cut-off for 2021 will vary depending upon the actual applications received.
