Bengaluru: A three-member team of Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) students from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, ‘Concept Crew’, comprising Abhinav Gupta, Anshul Arora and Kumar Parimal, has brought laurels for the institute as they won the national-level prestigious start-up  contest The Enterprisers’ Inc.

Abhinav Gupta, Anshul Arora and Kumar Parimal of EPGP win the competition26 December 2016 by beating participating teams from 14 of India’s top-tier B-schools.  The competition has continued over the last three months and covered the initial days of independent research by participating teams from 14 of India’s top-tier B-schools.

Further, the national contest was being mentored by senior HUL leaders to design a comprehensive business plan. The presentation at the HUL head office in Mumbai saw ingenious ideas presented to Pawan Chaturvedi, Investment Director, Asia, Unilever Ventures; Swapnil Kumar, Customer Development Head, and Swapnil Joshi, Logistics & Warehousing Head, Supply Chain.

The Executive Director & CCVP Refreshments South Asia, Marketing, Unilever, South Asia Sudhir Sitapati,  presented the award to the team from IIMB with a cash prize of INR 30,000. Mr Sitapati also invited the students for the Unilever Foundry Day, to be held in October 2017, to explore funding opportunities.
