Bangalore : IIIT-Bangalore, in collaboration with K-tech and the Government of Karnataka, is launching a ground-breaking acceleration program for startups in the smart manufacturing sector. The Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Acceleration Program at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B), in partnership with the BCIC, is meticulously designed to provide unparalleled support and guidance to startups. These startups will benefit immensely from BCIC’s expert mentorship, extensive resources, and expansive market reach, equipping them with the tools needed to innovate, scale, and thrive in a fiercely competitive landscape.

The program targets key Smart Manufacturing Domains, including IoT,Robotics & Automation,  AR/VR in Manufacturing, Advanced Sensor Technologies, Technology and Mobility and alot more. Industry giants such as TVS Motors, Buhler, Ace Designers, ANCM Management Consultants, IAMPL, Maini Group, and many others have formed strategic partnerships as program collaborators for the initiative.

This transformative program was officially launched at the GALA AWARD CEREMONY – 4th Edition of the BCIC Emerging Star Startup Awards 2024, organized under the aegis of the Start-Up Expert Committee recently. The event witnessed the presence of industry experts from across various domains, all united in support of this visionary initiative. 

The program is poised to empower startups within the Smart Manufacturing Domains and those registered in Karnataka with solutions that are either already deployed or deployment-ready. This initiative marks a significant stride towards fostering innovation and excellence in the smart manufacturing sector.
