In an eagerly anticipated inaugural ceremony, IIM Ranchi proudly welcomed its fourth cohort of the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) for the 2024-29 batch. This significant event marked the beginning of a transformative five-year journey for the incoming students, ushering in a new era of academic excellence, intellectual growth, and social responsibility.

The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and the invocation of divine blessings through the Saraswati Vandana, setting a tone of reverence and commitment. Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director IIM Ranchi, extended a warm welcome to the students and their families. In his motivating speech, he emphasized the IPM program’s role in shaping future leaders committed to making a societal impact. He also highlighted the academic strengths of IIM Ranchi and the inclusion of multidisciplinary courses aimed at the holistic development of participants.

Prof. Tanusree Dutta, Dean (Academics), further cultivated a sense of belonging and camaraderie among the students with her heartfelt address. She underscored the importance of maintaining harmony and happiness throughout their academic endeavors.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Rishav, a representative from the third IPM cohort.
