Bengaluru : ABBS School of Management, an AICTE and AIU-approved institution renowned for its industry-oriented curriculum and commitment to holistic education, successfully conducted its 15th Convocation Ceremony on 5th December 2025 at its campus in Bengaluru.

The event marked a significant milestone for the graduating Class of 2025 as they celebrated their academic achievements, leadership capabilities, and preparedness to contribute to the global workforce. Families, faculty members, alumni, and distinguished guests gathered to honour the graduates’ accomplishments.

Director of the Institution, Prof. (Dr.) Madhumita Chatterji welcomed and presented the annual report of ABBS-SM. She highlighted that intelligence should be guided by humility, ambition should be fuelled by purpose and leadership should be anchored in compassion. She urged the graduates to uphold the institution’s value of integrity, empathy and adaptability.

This year’s convocation gained special prominence with the presence of two eminent personalities from the fields of management, diplomacy, and global governance. Prof. (Dr.) Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode and one of India’s most respected leadership thinkers, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he highlighted the importance of purpose-driven leadership, resilience, and continuous transformation in today’s dynamic world, urging graduates to pursue excellence with integrity and clarity of vision.

Mr. Tapan Misra, former United Nations Resident Coordinator, attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honour. Drawing from his distinguished international career in humanitarian development and policy leadership, he encouraged the graduating cohort to embrace global perspectives and contribute meaningfully to society. His presence added immense value to the occasion, reinforcing ABBS School of Management’s emphasis on ethical leadership and global competence.

The program also featured inspiring addresses by distinguished speakers who enriched the learning experience of the students. Mr. Abdul Majeed, partner PwC, a respected international industry professional and consultant, shared valuable insights on leadership, discipline, and the importance of adaptability in today’s dynamic work environment. Mr. Nishit Jain, senior International Business Education Quality evangelist, EFMD representative and Founder of Edu Total addressed the participants with an engaging session on personal growth, career readiness, and the significance of continuous learning. Additionally, Mr. Sachin Keni, a distinguished industrialist and serial entrepreneur, motivated the students by emphasizing teamwork, resilience, and the need to embrace challenges with confidence. Their collective guidance added immense value to the program and left a lasting impact on all attendees.

Speaking about the successful completion of the convocation, Mr. Ajitesh Basani, Executive Director, ABBS, remarked, “The 15th Convocation stands as a strong testament to our institution’s unwavering commitment to building future-ready leaders. Each graduate reflects our focus on quality education, practical exposure, and strong character-building. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of degrees, group photographs, and moments of pride shared among students, parents, and faculty members. The successful event further strengthened ABBS School of Management’s legacy of nurturing competent and ethical professionals prepared to excel in today’s evolving business landscape.
