The Program began with a yoga session where students performed different yoga asanas under the guidance of trained yoga experts. Such Programs allow the school to continue with the aim of providing its students experiences which help them concentrate on health and personal development along with academics.

On the occasion, Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, Managing Director, Ramagya Group said, “Yoga is not just a physical exercise. It helps one learn discipline, patience and the significance of balancing life. The International Yoga Day reminds us that healthy habits shouldn’t remain confined only to a day but should be practiced throughout life.”

Sharing her thoughts, Ms. Rina Singh, Principal, Ramagya School, Noida said, “It was wonderful to see the participation of students as well as their parents in this Program.
