Himachal Pradesh, 26 August 2023: Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), a Central University, has released PhD Admission Notification for Academic Year 2023-24.
Minimum Eligibility:
To be eligible, the applicant must have qualified any of the following:
(i) UGC- JRF
(ii) UGC-NET
(iii) UGC-CSIR -JRF
(iv) UGC-CSIR NET
(v) ICAR- JRF/SRF
(vi) ICMR-JRF
(vii) DBT-JRF
(viii) SLET
(ix) Teacher Fellowship Holder
(x) M.Phil
(xi) Himachal Pradesh KendriyaVishwavidyalayaShodhPatrataPariksha (HPKVSPP)
Key Dates & Application Fees: The online application portal is active from 22 August 2023. The closing date for submission of application is 02 September 2023.
Application Fee:
- A) GENERAL CATEGORY/EWS/OBC (CREAMY) :RS 500/-.
- B) OBC NON CREAMY CATEGORY :RS 400/-
- C) SC/ST/DIVYANG CATEGORY :RS 200/-
Eligible applicants shall have to qualify Entrance test which will be conducted by the University. The syllabus for the Entrance test shall be 50% research methodology and 50% subject specific.
