Chennai, 10 June 2020: The Round 1 Offers through Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) will be released today (10 June 2020) at 10 AM. COAP is the portal where candidates will see the result of seat allotment made by all the 23 IITs and IISc Bangalore in which they have applied for MTech programmes.

COAP has announced that IIT Mandi will participate from Round 1 onwards. COAP informed that NPCIL will not be able to participate in COAP 2020 in any of the rounds as their application process is delayed.

As First List of Selected Candidates will be released via COAP, candidates accepting the offer (Accept and Freeze) in COAP would be issued offer letter for MTech  Admission 2020-21 with a request to deposit a Seat Reservation Fee only to confirm their seat.

Offer letters will be sent to candidates who “Accept and Freeze” seats, by email after the closing of this round of COAP offer window. As per revised schedule of COAP, the Round 1 Offers will close on 11 June 2020.

IIT Bhubaneswar informed that the candidates will be restricted to use the option “Retain & Wait” to a maximum of TWO times per offer in the main rounds of offer.  IIT Bhubaneswar has also released Waiting List candidates.
