Mumbai, 22 May 2020: The application window for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2020 has been further extended amid nationwide lockdown due to Corona Outbreak. Now the closing date for application is 06 June 2020. Earlier it was extended to 23 May 2020.

Application form correction facility will be made shortly.

CUCET 2020, a consortium to conduct entrance examination  for Admission to various programs in Central Universities, has been released.

Further, the exam dates have been changed. The exact schedule of the examination will be notified later.

Earlier, for UI & PG Programmes (OMR Based) the exam date was on 30th & 31st May  2020.

Earlier, RP Programmes (CBT Based), the exam date was scheduled on 06th & 07th June 2020.

Now the changed exam schedule will be notified later.

For 2020 CUCET national level examination, fifteen central universities, four state universities, and one NIT are joining. Applying once, student can get opportunities to choose to appear in entrance examination for any course offered by any university.

CUCET 2020 registration has commenced from 16 March 2020 on the official website. The application fee for General/ OBC/ EWS Applicants  is Rs. 800/- and  for SC/ST Applicants – Rs. 350/- . PWD Applicants – Nil .

Key Dates:

Commencement of Online Registration – March 16th, 2020

Closing Date of Online Registration  after extension of date-       23 May  2020

Application Fees:

General/ OBC/ EWS Applicants – Rs. 800/-

SC/ST Applicants – Rs. 350/-

PWD Applicants – Nil
