New Delhi: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India, has assigned National Testing Agency, a premier testing organization, to conduct the next CSIR-UGC NET for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Lecturership (LS)/Assistant Professorship. The exam will be held on 15 December 2019.
Key Dates: The candidates are required to apply online during the period from 09 September 2019 to 09 October, 2019. The Application Fees can be paid up to 10 October, 2019.
The Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.
The NTA will conduct the next CSIR-UGC NET for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Lecturership (LS)/Assistant Professorship on 15 December 2019 for following subjects.
- Life Sciences
- Physical Sciences
- Chemical Sciences
- Earth Sciences
- Mathematical Sciences
The Test will be conducted in two different shifts as given below:

*Shift – 2 (Afternoon)
02:30 pm to 05:30 pm (IST)
*Subject(s) in a shift will be decided based on number of students.
