New Delhi: The results of Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination held in December will be declared today (15 January 2020). The final answer keys have been uploaded on the official website of CSIR-UGC NET by the NTA.
It was earlier declared by the NTA the results will be declared on 14 January 2020. However, the NTA has revised the Results Date to 15 January 2020.
The Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 15 December 2019 and 27 December 2019 ( In Assam and Meghalaya) in which 2,25,889 candidates appeared out of 2,82,117 registered.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has entrusted the responsibility of conducting CSIR-UGC NET in CBT mode to NTA. CSIR-UGC NET is a test being conducted to determine the eligibility ‘for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship/Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC. Online applications for JRF/NET are invited twice a year on all India basis.
