New Delhi, 20 July 2020:  University of Delhi has declared dates for  the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) 2020. The National Testing Agency is likely to conduct the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) 2020 from 6th Sept 2020 to 11th Sept 2020.

DU has also extended the closing date for submission of application to 31 July 2020 for UG, PG, MPhil/PhD programmes Admission 2020.

However, the University has not declared detailed schedule of the exam days. The detailed schedule will be released by DU very soon. Test shall be conducted at the Centres located in the 24 cities across India.

DUET for MPhil & PhD Courses: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the conduct of University of Delhi Entrance Examination 2020 for Admissions to Entrance based M.Phil/Ph.D Courses.

Scheme of Examination for MPhil & PhD:

Mode of Examination: LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test)

Duration – 2 Hours

Type of Questions- Multiple Choice Question

Number of Questions – 50

Marks per question 4 (four) for each correct response

Scoring -1 negative marking for incorrect response

DUET for PG Courses: The NTA will conduct DUET for PG Courses 2020.

Mode of Examination – LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test)

Duration 2 Hours

Type of Questions – Multiple Choice Question

Number of Questions – 50/100

Marks per question 4 (four) for each correct response

Scoring -1 negative marking for incorrect response

The syllabus for the Entrance Test of each Postgraduate Course is the corresponding B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. (or equivalent) syllabus of the University of Delhi and / or is available on the respective Department‘s website.

DUET for UG Courses: The NTA will conduct DUET for UG Courses 2020.

Mode of Examination – LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test)

Duration – 2 Hours

Type of Questions – Multiple Choice Question

 Number of Questions – 100

Marks per question 4 (four) for each correct response

Scoring -1 negative marking for incorrect response
