Mumbai: Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering (GATE) is one of the popular entrance tests in India. GATE is generally conducted by IISc and IITs for admissions for into MTech and PhD courses in IITs, IISc and various other Institutes, universities and laboratories. Also, the GATE 2017 score is also now being used as one of the criteria for recruitment in public sector undertakings (PSU). GATE 2017 online examination will be held on 4 – 5 February 2017 & 11 – 12 February 2017 (Saturdays and Sundays only).
More than 22 PSU have joined the recruitment bandwagon via GATE 2017 for hiring graduate engineers. Graduate engineers from various disciplines are recruited by PSUs on the basis of GATE score.
