New Delhi: Do you want showcase your coding skills? National Programming Aptitude Test (NPAT) is here for you. NPAT is conducted by NPTEL (a project by IITs and IISc) in collaboration with ACM India and Google. NPAT will be held on 13 August 2017. Registrations have been already started from 09 July 2017.

NPAT is a self-assessment on programming while is be a time-bound programming exam. A candidate can take this exam anywhere, there is no need to go to an exam center. After the exam, a person can share her / his NPAT score for job applications or other purposes and any organization can verify that score from NPTEL.

The NPAT can be attempted in any of the three allowed languages – C, C++ or Java. The NPAT site contains practice questions and has links to video lessons so that you can revise your programming language basics.

NPAT is open to everyone. There zero registration fee.

NPAT is conducted by NPTEL which stands for National Programme for Technology Enhanced Learning, and it is a joint project of seven IITs and IISc Bangalore funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India; in association with ACM India. Google is sponsoring NPAT in 2017.
