Pune: Vedant Vishal Desai, a 6-year-old grade 1 student of EuroSchool, Undri, Pune, brought glory to the school by securing the first position in 200-meter State Level Skating Championship. He is now eligible to participate in the 59th National speed skating championship to be held in New Delhi from 11th to 15th December. Vedant achieved this feat by creating a tremendous balance between sports and academics in his daily routine.
Vedant recently participated in the 31st Maharashtra State Roller Skating Championship 2021. The event was organized by the Skating Association of Maharashtra on (14th November 2021). Vedant has passionately put in two hours daily to secure the first position at the state-level championship and is working harder to ace the upcoming national championship.
