Muzaffarpur : Greater Noida-based Accurate Group of Institutions has announced a ₹4.5 crore scholarship for Bihar students. The announcement was made during an academic seminar and Admissions Associates Meet held at Embassy International Hotel, Muzaffarpur, attended by leading admission consultants and academicians from around eight districts across North Bihar.
Academicians who have made notable contributions to the field of education were honoured during the programme. The discussions also focused on ways to connect more students from the region with engineering and management education and expand access to better opportunities.
On the occasion, Dr. Sunil Mishra, Director, Accurate Group, announced a ₹4.5 crore scholarship scheme for students from Bihar. A special girls’ scholarship was also introduced under the “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” initiative. Dr. Mishra said the institution is moving towards autonomous status in Greater Noida, while aligning its courses with industry requirements and placing strong emphasis on training and skill development. He added that the institution’s focus is to help students secure placements in reputed multinational companies with competitive salary packages.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Poonam Sharma, Chairperson, Accurate Group of Institutions said, “Education should go beyond degrees and become a means for the holistic development of students. Talented young people from states like Bihar need access to the right opportunities and guidance. Through this scholarship initiative, our effort is to connect more students, especially girls, with higher education and support them in realising their aspirations. We remain committed to making education more accessible, inclusive and future-ready.”
She further noted that, in view of the growing demand for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), the campus has been developed as a fully AI-enabled ecosystem. This has been made possible with support from global technology leader Intel. In collaboration with Intel Unnati and HP, engineering students will receive advanced AIML training and certification from the first year itself. The students will also be offered paid internship opportunities from the third year onwards along with continued focus on facilitating placements in leading companies by the final year.
The institution received national recognition in 2022 for achieving 100 per cent placements, and it was honoured in Delhi by Shri J.P. Nadda, the then National President of the BJP. In 2026 as well, the institute is working towards repeating this achievement.
Recently, 109 students from the CSE and CSE-AIML streams secured placements in leading AIML companies with packages of up to ₹9 lakh and have been working since February. Other students have also been placed in major software companies across the country, with packages ranging from ₹4 lakh to ₹26 lakh. The institution continues to focus on improving package outcomes and expanding opportunities for students.
Keeping industry demand in view, advanced specialisations in AIML and Computer Science have been introduced on a large scale. Faculty members have designed specialised technical courses and tool-based training modules to support students in project development and innovation. The institution’s incubation cell is also promoting startup development, with students actively working on new ideas and ventures. Last year, students from the institution were selected and recognised at the Smart India Hackathon. In addition, 20 students launched their own startups over the past year, and these ventures are progressing successfully.
Nishant Singh, an alumnus of the institution and a native of Sitamarhi, is currently working at a package of over ₹1.5 crore. He was recently honoured on campus for this achievement.
Accurate Group has also received national recognition as a “Best Engineering and Management College” for its outstanding contribution to India’s education system. To enhance student skilling, the institution has introduced specialised training programmes in collaboration with IBM and leading corporate trainers in the AIML sector.
