National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) is here, which has notified for admission for academic year 2016-17. NIFTEM was rated at 50th rank by HRD ministry’s National Institute Ranking Framework.

B.TECH. (FTM):
NIFTEM offers a full time programme leading to a Bachelor`s degree in Food Science and Technology.
Four years regular programme
Students are admitted to this programme through IIT JEE (Main) merit list 2016
M.TECH.
M.Tech. (Food Supply Chain Management)
M.Tech. (Food Safety and Quality Management)
M.Tech. (Food Process Engineering and Management)
M.Tech. (Food Technology and Management)
M.Tech. (Food Plant Operations Management)
PhD
M.Tech./M.E./Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks.
Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates. Candidates can apply only in one department.
MBA (Food Business Management)
This is new course introduced by the Institute from the current academic year
A two year course approved by AICTE
Selection process: Based on CAT/MAT/XAT score followed by GD/PI at NIFTEM
