The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (eDC), IIT Delhi, is organising the Business and Entrepreneurship Conclave (BECon’26), one of the country’s largest student-led entrepreneurship summits.

BECon’26 is set to bring together tycoon founders, CXOs, investors, policymakers, top government officials, technology leaders, and young startup builders from across the country on a single unified platform to promote the theme of “Engineering the Mind of Machines: Crafted in India for the World,” with the main summit scheduled to convene on the IIT Delhi campus from 30th January to 1st February, 2026.

BECon’26 brings together India’s leading entrepreneurial voices with representation from over 5,000 institutes, incubators, and accelerators. The summit will feature an influential speaker lineup including Sanjeev Bikhchandani (Founder, Info Edge India), Pratham Mittal (Founder, Masters’ Union), Ashneer Grover (Co-founder, BharatPe), Raghav Chandra (Co-founder, Urban Company), Vaibhav Tewari (Co-founder, Portea), Nitin Jain (Off Business), Shailaz Nag (PayU), Nitan Tyagi (Founder, DefineNxt Technologies), Tanmay Bhat (content creator & entrepreneur), and many others. The platform will offer insight across venture building, scaling startups, and innovation ecosystems.

The summit comprises a curated set of events like Moonshot, Blueprint, pitching and funding platforms, the incubators summit, networking sessions, national-level hackathons in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs (Government of India), Startup Expo, Auto and Tech Expos, hands-on startup workshops, policy-focused discussions, creators conclave and many more, creating a comprehensive platform for learning, collaboration, and execution.

Anchored at IIT Delhi, one of India’s foremost and most prestigious institutions of innovation and leadership, BECon’26 stands as a defining platform shaping the country’s next generation of founders, thinkers, and changemakers.

In the run-up to the main summit, BECon’26 also conducted regional rounds across Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, and Jaipur, driving strong engagement within local startup ecosystems. These editions brought together student founders, startups, investors, and industry leaders, creating significant national-level impact.
