FOSTIIMA Business School, Delhi has hosted a 2 days Management Development Programme on emotional intelligence themed ” The EQ Advantage: Transforming Workplace Dynamics for Peak Performance”. The key industry leaders from KPMG, IndiaMART, AIMA, Siddharth Grease & Lubes Pvt. Ltd, Incrementors Web Solutions, CITA, All India Radio, USBCL and among others actively participated in the programme. Renowned Business Strategist and Entrepreneur, Prof. Samir Bhatia from IIM-Ahmedabad, served as the coach for the event, guiding participants in the application of emotional intelligence skills in various work and life scenarios.
The two-day MDP was designed specifically for Middle and Senior Level Managers in public and private sector organizations, MNCs, banks, financial institutions, government departments, and other organizations / institutions. The programme comprised four sessions featuring a blend of experiential and structured activities such as live role plays, case studies, debates, group discussions, skill practice, and more.
