Ranchi — The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi proudly announces its inaugural ‘Grand Alumni Homecoming ‘23,’ a momentous occasion marking the illustrious journey of the institution over the past 13 years. The event commenced with the official inauguration, led by the esteemed Director of IIM Ranchi, Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, and Chairperson of the Alumni Relations Committee, Prof. Amarendu Nandy.
The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the commencement of the program, symbolizing the enlightenment and progress that IIM Ranchi has achieved since its inception. Prof. Nandy, in his welcoming address, reflected on the remarkable milestones that the alma mater has achieved in its 13+ years of existence. He extended a warm welcome to all esteemed alumni, both from the Post Graduate Program (PGP) and Executive MBA, inviting them to join the celebration at the crow’s nest, the IIM Ranchi campus.
During his address, Prof. Nandy shed light on the strategic priorities outlined in ‘Vision 2030,’ a forward-looking initiative that encapsulates the institute’s aspirations for this decade. He emphasized the institution’s commitment to fostering a stronger bond with its alumni through initiatives like the 4-city meet, which was aimed at re-establishing connections and building an enhanced network of alumni.

These initiatives include the introduction of certifications, merit-cum-means scholarships, and more, all geared towards elevating the social commitment and educational experience at IIM Ranchi.
