IIM Ranchi successfully concluded a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on Professional Etiquette, Ethics, Effective Communication, and Emotional Intelligence for the executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

The valedictory session was graced by Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIM Ranchi; Prof. Amit Sachan, Dean of Executive Education & Consultancy; and Programme Directors Prof. Angshuman Hazarika and Prof. Tanusree Dutta.

The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, marking the successful completion of the programme.
