Mumbai: IIT Bombay and National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Taiwan signed an agreement for joint supervised PhD during the visit of President Prof. Mau-Chung Frank Chang along with Senior Vice-President Prof. Edward Yi Chang to IIT Bombay. This agreement was signed on 1 December 2017.

NCTU, Taiwan is providing scholarship for the co-supervised students.

National Chiao Tung University is one of Taiwan’s leading public research universities located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. NCTU was founded in Xujiahui, Shanghai as Nanyang Public School by Sheng Xuanhuai in 1896.
