Noida. Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida organized an orientation for the students of the PGDM 2023-25 batch. During the program, Jubilant Foodworks Limited’s AVP Jitendra Kumar Gupta and Angel Investor, Dr. Ritesh Malik expressed their views as speakers. During the program, IMS Noida Senior Director Dr. Kulneet Suri, teachers, and students were also present.
Inaugurating the program, IMS Senior Director Dr. Kulneet Suri said that along with the development of technology, new employment opportunities have also increased. In the present environment, there are immense possibilities in data science, robotics, artificial intelligence, and nanotechnology. Furthermore added, always think like a leader and maintain leadership qualities.

Students should cultivate critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze situations, consider different perspectives, and make sound judgments. Leadership is not without its challenges and setbacks. You can achieve success by focusing on your influential personality, self-discipline, and ability to work even in adverse circumstances.
Addressing the students Jubilant Foodworks Limited’s AVP Jitendra Kumar Gupta said that we all should love our work. Be careful while choosing a career and focus on contemporary information apart from bookish knowledge. For career success, give priority to passion over money or if possible, make passion your profession.
Dr. Ritesh Malik said that emphasis should be laid on making students talented. You can become talented only by learning new skills and techniques every day.
During the program, Dr. Vimala, Head of the Department of PGDM, had a detailed discussion with the students about the skills required to become a successful leader.
