India : Jaipuria School of Business (JSB), Ghaziabad, inaugurated PRARAMBH 2026, the Orientation Programme for the incoming PGDM Batch 2026–28. The two-week programme, scheduled from July 4 to July 18, 2026, is being organized around the theme “Opportunities and Challenges for Young Managers in the Changing Business Landscape.” Designed to bridge the transition from academia to the corporate world, the programme aims to equip students with the mindset, competencies, and perspectives required to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. The inaugural session commenced with the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Tapan Kumar Nayak, Director, Jaipuria School of Business. The Director encouraged students to embrace the next two years as a journey of learning, innovation, self-discovery, and professional excellence while making the most of the diverse opportunities offered by the institute. Addressing the gathering, Shri Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions, welcomed the incoming PGDM Batch 2026–28 and encouraged students to dream beyond conventional boundaries while making the most of their transformational journey at JSB. Stressing that there is no substitute for hard work, discipline, and perseverance, he urged students to step out of their comfort zones, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and utilize the next two years to develop into responsible and future-ready leaders. Dr. Rupamanjari Ghosh, Mentor, Jaipuria School of Business and Former Vice Chancellor, Shiv Nadar University,encouraged students to move beyond their limiting beliefs and embrace every challenge as an opportunity for learning and growth. Emphasizing the importance of curiosity, courage, and lifelong learning, she highlighted that success in today’s AI-driven world depends on the ability to continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn. Delivering the keynote address, Mr. Bikash Kumar Singh, Vice President & India Head, SAP, emphasized that success is built on the values of Purity, Patience, and Perseverance. He urged them to cultivate curiosity, earnestness, ethics, empathy, and equity while keeping their minds open to continuous learning. and inspired them with Swami Vivekananda’s message, “Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is achieved.” The Chief Guest, Mr. Prateek Garg, Founder and Managing Director, Progressive Techserve India, highlighted that while Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, continuous learning and adaptability remain the true competitive advantages. He encouraged students to become T-shaped professionals, combining deep domain expertise with communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to succeed in the evolving business landscape. The distinguished guests were felicitated for their inspiring presence and valuable contributions. PRARAMBH 2026 will continue until July 18, 2026, featuring academic orientation sessions, leadership interactions, industry talks, experiential learning activities, institutional familiarization, and student engagement initiatives. The programme seeks to provide the incoming PGDM Batch 2026– 28 with a strong foundation for academic excellence, ethical leadership, industry readiness, and holistic personal development.
