India : Management Development Institution [MDI Gurgaon], one of India’s premier business schools, has announced the opening of admissions for its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). This prestigious programme, offered in two tracks—Residential and Non-Residential, caters to aspiring scholars and industry leaders eager to contribute to the field of management through rigorous research and academic excellence. The programme is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and deemed equivalent to a PhD by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)*.

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) aims to develop scholars capable of pushing the boundaries of management thought while addressing real-world challenges. It encourages interdisciplinary research in contemporary management areas, ensuring that scholars contribute to both academia and industry. The curriculum is thoughtfully structured to balance theory and practice. Scholars benefit from an intellectually vibrant atmosphere enhanced by seminars, research presentations, and collaborative peer engagements, creating a rich environment for academic and professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division) or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) OR
• Five-year integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division), obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent OR
• A minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent CGPA along with Master’s degree with 60% (with first division) OR
• A graduate degree with a professional qualification like CA/ICWA/CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average

FPM – Non-Residential Track: Candidates should be at least 35 years old with 10 years of managerial experience, preferably senior-level, as of the application deadline.

FPM – Residential Track: Candidates in the final year of their master’s programme can also apply if they complete all requirements by June 30, 2025, and submit certificates by September 30, 2025. The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Applicants must submit valid scores from standardised tests such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC-JRF, or GATE. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews (online or offline) in April/May 2025. Alumni of MDI, IIMs, XLRI, and FMS with a full-time two-year PGP may be exempted from submitting test scores.
