Bhopal : In a landmark collaboration aimed at addressing the growing demand for trained professionals in the healthcare sector, Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), part of the AISECT Group, has partnered with RedVersity, the academic and training arm of RED Health, to launch four new programs that will open new career pathways for students in Central India.
The programs being launched include:
• BBA in Hospital Administration
• PG Diploma in Emergency Health Care
• PG Diploma in Disaster Management
• PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics
These programs have been designed to prepare students for high-growth careers in healthcare management and allied health services, where both India and the global community face a significant shortage of skilled professionals.
Each program comes with strong placement linkages and job assurance, supported by RED Health’s vast operational network across India in emergency medical services, air and train ambulance operations, and corporate healthcare partnerships.
Bridging the Skill Gap in Healthcare
As per WHO estimates, the world is short of nearly 18 million healthcare workers, with a substantial portion of this gap in the allied and emergency care domains. The newly launched programs aim to bridge this skill gap by combining academic excellence with practical exposure, ensuring that graduates are not only qualified but also industry-ready from Day 1.
Leadership Speaks
Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi, Pro-Chancellor, Rabindranath Tagore University, said:
“At RNTU, we have always believed in creating programs that are relevant to industry needs and societal challenges. The healthcare sector is one of the fastest growing in India, but it also faces a serious talent deficit. Through this partnership with RedVersity, we aim to offer students in Central India an opportunity to build meaningful and secure careers in healthcare — not just as clinicians, but as administrators, technologists, and change-makers.”
Mr. Prabhdeep Singh, Founder & CEO, RED Health, added:
“RED Health has been at the forefront of transforming India’s pre-hospital and emergency care ecosystem. With RedVersity, we are now extending that expertise to education — building talent that can serve both India and the world. Our collaboration with RNTU marks an important step in that direction. Together, we aim to create a generation of healthcare professionals who are not only skilled but also inspired to make a difference where every second counts.”
