Bengaluru : SHRM India, the world’s largest HR organisation held Talent23 Leadership Summit in Bengaluru today which ended on a grand note. Over 600 Human Resource Leaders and CXOs participated, and 30+ speakers took part in the 10+ immersive knowledge sessions on ‘All Things Talent’ during the conference. The discussion topics broadly based on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Wellbeing and Talent Development.

This unique event was curated especially for HR professionals and People Managers where they got the special opportunity to engage with peers and shared knowledge and ideas along with growing their network.

The day began with the opening Keynote Session, Lead the charge by Pratik Kumar, CEO – Wipro Infrastructure Engineering & Managing Director – Wipro Enterprises. The keynote session was followed by a fireside chat, “Art and science of successful recruitment”. In this session Girish Nandimath, Global TA Head, TCS, and Rohan Sylvester, Talent Strategy Advisor – Indeed.com discussed how recruitment is a combination of art and science mastered over time. The delegates discussed how the balance between data, automation, and recruitment marketing can hone their skills in talent acquisition.

In another session, there was a review of SHRM’s report -“Talent Management for Industry 4.0” wherein the leading talent management practices redefining the industry such as leveraging & unlocking tech talent in India was taken up for conversations.
