GUWAHATI : The School of Law and Juridical Sciences, Apex Professional University, is going to organize a ‘State Level Seminar on Administration of Justice’ in collaboration with District Administration & District Judiciary, East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh at School of Law and Juridical Sciences, APU, Pasighat. This event is definitely going to set the eyeballs rolling among the seven sisters of north eastern part of India.
Budi Habung, District and Session Judge, East Siang, Pasighat will be the Chief Guest and grace the occasion of paramount importance. He has valuable experience in the field of administration of justice, research & teaching for many years. Sharing his experience with the participants of the seminar will be of great value and in widening the horizons of knowledge in the field administration of justice. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, East Siang and Ms. Esha Pandey, IPS, Commandant, 5th IRBn, Pasighat will be the guests of honour for the seminar.
The seminar shall be held in three technical sessions and each session will be deliberated by prominent delegates, having outstanding experience in the field of administration of justice. First technical session shall be chaired by Ms Esha Pandey, IPS, Commandant, 5th IRBN Pasighat and will deliver a talk on ‘Role of police in administration of justice’. Second technical session shall be held by Adv. Sanjay Taye, Senior advocate of District and Session judge, on a topic of ‘Role of Judiciary in administration of justice’ and 3rd technical session will be held by Ms Yalem Taga Burang, Social Activist, Chief Advisor of ABK Women Wings, East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh on ‘Role of NGO in administration of justice’.
The State Level Seminar on Administration of Justice will act as a platform for all students and other intellectuals from the state to join hands together and to discuss various processes of the legal system of the government in execution and implementation of systematic measures for administration of justice to make the state full of prosperity and harmony with better law and order.
It will be an ideal platform to exchange valuable information for growth and development of the state. It will provide a suitable platform of sharing, deliberation of ideas and contribution towards needs and improvements, and to allow the students to gain skills and experience in the field of law. This seminar will also help the students to discuss the uniformity and consistency in the law and it measures for systematic development of administration of Justice. The seminar will also enhance the level of awareness among audience.
