Hyderabad : The kids from Telangana and AP shine at the National Arithmetic Contest 2021 organized by India’s biggest kids skill development organization, SIP Academy
In a press note issued in Hyderabad today, Ms. Uma, Regional Head of SIP Academy shared the results.
- Saurav of Johnson Grammar School and T. Aashritha of DAV Public School emerged 1st runner up in the Class 3 category of the contest. They walked away with Rs 11000/- cash prize each.
Mandala Nutan Bhargav of Amrita Vidyalayam emerged second runner up in the Class 4 category. He was given away Rs 10,000/- cash prize.
Besides them six other kids were given away performance awards.
9 kids Karri Kranthi Manaswi of Niraj Public School, Begunpet; T. Aasritha of Dev Public School, Safilguda and Sarayu Erukulla of Phoenix Greens International School, Kokapet, Chirag Mohanty – St Michaels School, Marredpally; Anvitha Chapa – Johnson Grammar School Mallapur; D. Saurav – JOHNSON GRAMMAR SCHOOL, LBNagar; G. Satya Hasini – Bharathi Vidhya Bhavan, Tirupati; Mandala Nutan Bhargav – AMRITA VIDYALAYAM, Mahendra Hills, Secunderabad; K. Akshitha – The secunderabad public school, Malkajgiri represented at National Arithmetic Genius Contest and competed with 100 kids chosen representing 20 states.
Telangana and AP Kids got cash prizes and performance awards competing with 40,000 students who registered for the contest.
It was by far the biggest ever online National contest for the kids of Classes 2 to 4. Nearly 40,000 students participated.
These nine kids who represented at national competed with 5000 kids at Regional Level, qualified after a rigorous 4 month selection process. All these nine kids are in the age group of 7 to 9years.
