The Design Village (TDV), Noida, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Young Indians (Yi) aimed at fostering academic, industrial, and cultural exchanges. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) marks a significant milestone in both organisations’ commitment to enhancing educational, technological, and cultural landscapes.

This MOU underscores the alignment of values and objectives between TDV and Yi, with a shared dedication to facilitating diverse technological advancements and promoting academic excellence. Through this partnership, both parties affirm their dedication to meaningful collaboration, with both organizations playing a pivotal role and progressively expanding their contributions over time. The agreement emphasizes the importance of motivating and providing students with opportunities to engage in self-initiated projects, further bridging the gap between academia and industry. Their joint vision for this MOU encompasses ambitious educational and academic exchanges, underpinned by substantial collaborative projects that promise to leave a lasting impact.

Speaking about the formal association between TDV and Yi Mudita Pasari, Academic Dean, at TDV said, “At The Design Village we strive to always offer an industry-led experience for our learners; through this unique collaboration with CII and Yi we look forward to much increased opportunity and possibilities for the young designers of our growing community.”

Speaking about the formal association Gaurav Mittal, Chair Yi, Noida said, “Our mission at Young India is to strengthen the future of India and give a stage and voice to the country’s next generation of change-makers. Having The Design Village as our YUVA partner is a perfect match as it formalizes our commitment to sustainability and provides relevant opportunities to the students for the creation of sustainable design and innovative applications.”

The Young Indians is a non-profit organization, led by the youth of this country with the vision to create a new future for the country driving India’s development through partnerships with industry, government, and civil society, promoting corporate citizenship for integrated, inclusive growth. The students of TDV stand to gain valuable industrial networking and academic opportunities through this collaboration.
