New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Civil Service Preliminary Examination 2018 on June 3. Number of applicants this year is expected to cross 14 lakhs. The exam was conducted in two phases with the first paper (General Studies) held at 9:30 AM and the second (CSAT) at 2:30 PM. Each paper was 2 hours long.
